This June I got to shoot a newborn session for baby Elena and also got two-year photos of her sister Grace, as well as a mix of family shots. The Massee family is an absolute delight to work with. I first met them about two years ago when Grace was only four months old and I was totally won over by her. She was just the sweetest baby and she and her parents were so easy to photograph. I am thrilled that I've been able to continue being their photographer! We shot this session at The Juniper Loft in Minneapolis which is a FANTASTIC studio space. It's light and bright and has a lot of versatile backdrops, furniture, props and more. Here are some of my favorite shots from my session with the Massee family!
Now that I've revisited these photos, I think it's safe to say that Grace kind of steals the show. I think the Massee family needs to give my own family tips on how to be incredibly photogenic and relaxed during photo sessions. Thank you guys again for the opportunity to capture this seriously special time!
